This role encompasses the design, development, and maintenance of applications that align with the needs of our clients and the objectives of our organization. \\r\\n\\r\\nKey Responsibilities \\r\\n\\r\\nApplication Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient applications utilizing the .NET framework. \\r\\n\\r\\nCode Quality: Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. \\r\\n\\r\\nRequirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements. \\r\\n\\r\\nTesting: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications. \\r\\n\\r\\nPerformance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues to enhance application efficiency. \\r\\n\\r\\nDocumentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes. \\r\\n\\r\\nRequired Qualifications \\r\\n\\r\\nEducation: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. \\r\\n\\r\\nExperience: Proven experience as a Dotnet Developer or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. \\r\\n\\r\\nTechnical Skills: \\r\\n\\r\\nProficiency in C# and the .NET framework. \\r\\n\\r\\nKnowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. \\r\\n\\r\\nFamiliarity with version control systems, particularly Git. \\r\\n\\r\\nExperience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS is an advantage. \\r\\n\\r\\nSoft Skills: \\r\\n\\r\\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. \\r\\n\\r\\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills. \\r\\n\\r\\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. \\r\\n\\r\\nStrong organizational and time-management skills. \\r\\n\\r\\nPreferred Qualifications \\r\\n\\r\\nMaster s degree in Computer Science or a related field. \\r\\n\\r\\nProfessional certifications in .NET development. \\r\\n\\r\\nExperience with agile development methodologies. \\r\\n\\r\\n

• To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
• To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced
• To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning
• To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.
• To ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA
