8 - 10years of practical experience as an SAP BASIS Administrator\\r\\n Analytical thinking and approach to questions and tasks\\r\\n Fluent in English\\r\\n In addition, team spirit and reliability as well as service orientation towards customers\\r\\n Strong Industry and Functional expertise with configuration and design experience on SAP\\r\\n Experience in business engagement and senior Stakeholder management.\\r\\n Ability to organize team and resolve critical situations or complex requirements.\\r\\n Familiar with tools and technology necessary to manage SAP projects & support (Ticketing tool, monitoring tools, Demand/Capacity management tools, Monitoring tools and automation)\\r\\n Ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment\\r\\nShould be able to influence decision-making and able to drive project delivery.\\"\\r\\n Experience architecting large (international) SAP Solutions or implementations and build innovative solutions on-premise and on cloud infrastructure.

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
