GRC Consultant\\r\\nExperience: 8 to 10years\\r\\n\\r\\nRole Overview:\\r\\nThe GRC Tool Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) software tools used by the organization. This includes overseeing the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of GRC platforms, ensuring that these tools are effectively integrated into the organization s risk management processes and support strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GRC tools, a strong understanding of risk and compliance processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.\\r\\n\\r\\nRole Overview:\\r\\nThe GRC Tool Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) software tools used by the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GRC tools, a strong understanding of risk and compliance processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.\\r\\n\\r\\nKey Responsibilities:\\r\\nGRC Tool Implementation & Configuration:\\r\\n\\r\\nLead the implementation and configuration of GRC software tools (e.g., RSA Archer,One Trust, KnowBe4, MetricStream, LogicManager, or similar platforms).\\r\\nCustomize and optimize the GRC tool to meet organizational needs, ensuring alignment with business requirements and risk management frameworks.\\r\\nCollaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate the GRC tool with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, cybersecurity tools).\\r\\nTool Administration & Maintenance:\\r\\n\\r\\nOversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the GRC tool, ensuring it is fully functional, up-to-date, and available for use across the organization.\\r\\nPerform system updates, patches, and upgrades as necessary, minimizing downtime and ensuring system stability.\\r\\nEnsure that user access controls, permissions, and roles are appropriately defined and managed according to organizational policies.\\r\\nUser Support & Training:\\r\\n\\r\\nProvide training and support to internal teams on how to use the GRC tool effectively, ensuring that users understand its features and functionality.\\r\\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the GRC tool, working with internal IT teams or vendors when necessary.\\r\\nDevelop and maintain user guides, documentation, and best practice materials for GRC tool users.\\r\\nReporting & Analytics:\\r\\n\\r\\nLeverage GRC tool capabilities to generate real-time risk and compliance reports, dashboards, and key risk indicators (KRIs).\\r\\nWork with business units to design and implement custom reports that provide insights into risk management, compliance, audit, and governance activities.\\r\\nMonitor data quality within the GRC tool and ensure that data is accurate, complete, and consistent across all modules.\\r\\nProcess Improvement & Optimization:\\r\\n\\r\\nContinuously evaluate the effectiveness of the GRC tool and identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, or additional functionality.\\r\\nWork with key stakeholders to ensure that the GRC tool supports the organization\\'s evolving risk management strategies and regulatory requirements.\\r\\nStay informed about new features, tools, and industry best practices to enhance the GRC tool s performance and value to the organization.\\r\\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\\r\\n\\r\\nCollaborate with risk, compliance, audit, and internal control teams to understand their requireme
