Oracle PeopleSoft Functional
Experience: 10+ years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Peoplesoft FSCM Techno functional consultant who has strong functional knowledge in P2P, Project Costing and contract modules and solid hands-on technical knowledge in People tools, People code and integration technologies. Ideal candidate will be capable of bridging the gap between technical team and business stakeholders.
Key responsibility:
- Work with business to gather and analyze functional requirements. Translate business requirements into functional and testing designs.
- Develop test scripts.
- Coordinate with client, offshore team, and third-party vendor to perform detailed unit and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and support integration between Peoplesoft and external system using integration broker, Component Interfaces, REST/SOAP APIs and File based integrations.
- Develop custom solutions and enhancements using People code, application engines and File layouts.
- Perform impact analysis and design technical solutions for change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Troubleshoot issues, do root cause analysis and performance tuning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must work from client office 3 days a week.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
