Job description:
Support, maintain, and grow alliance relationships with Redhat for Americas, including senior stakeholders, Develop and execute Americas Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to ensure growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with business unit leaders, sales, marketing, and technical teams to establish strategic growth plans and create new pipeline opportunities through partnerships Align with solution experts to develop innovative offerings and drive growth at key accounts through joint initiatives with Redhat. Define and meet KPIs for partner program requirements and joint business plans, including influenced partner revenue and measurable GTM outcomes Track successes, initiate joint customer stories, and represent the company at partner events, conferences, and other strategic initiatives Understand and manage partner deal registration and evaluation processes to optimize partnership success Present yearly and quarterly plans and results to senior leadership and conduct QBRs with Redhat for Americas to ensure alignment and progressRequirements 10+ years in enterprise technology and channel space, with 7+ years in Sales and/or Alliances experience in the cloud and infrastructure Sales. Understanding of Kubernetes and Automation will be preferred, Experience in Global Solution Integration (GSI) sales environments and a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, including cloud providers, ISVs, and technology partners Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship management skills with a track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams Strong capability to drive business development, pipeline growth, and co-selling initiatives with partners
- To oversee the due diligence process, evaluate partner capabilities, financial health, and alignment with HCLtech Objective.
- To collaborate with legal and business teams to negotiate terms, including revenue sharing models.
- To facilitate onboarding, ensure partnership alliance and strategies, and foster relationships.
- To develop industry specific sales collateral Including presentations, case studies & white papers for the sales teams to leverage during client discussions.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
