Job description:
To facilitate the project team by removing impediments that affect team s velocity to ensure consistent quality and timelines of output as committed
- To organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
- To provide guidance in adopting Agile practices such as iterative development, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
- To update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product and Sprint Backlogs
- To assist team with making appropriate commitments by facilitating discussions on story selection and task definition, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and consensus.
- To communicate with stakeholders, including product owners, customers, and management, to provide visibility into the team's progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
