Job description:
The roles and responsibilities include:
- Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of ABM initiatives
- Strategize, Plan, and Assist in executing a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer experience and demand generation
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional methods
- Planning and executing demand gen campaigns, events, roundtables, webinars
- Develop and implement Cross-sell and up-sell initiatives to support business growth
- Effectively driving thought leadership content for the business
- End-to-end GTM planning and launching 360-degree campaigns by closely working with solutions and sales teams
- Marketing planning, budgeting, roll-out, tracking, and executive reporting with actionable insights.
- Conceptualizing and executing innovative programs to drive demand, relationship-building
- Analytical and reporting skills, work ethic who demonstrates collaboration with different stakeholders and teams
- Measure and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ongoing marketing efforts
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
- Leverage various marketing technologies, such as marketing automation, to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, vendors and internal team members
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives align with business goals and objectives
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of marketing technologies and tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategy
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
