Job description:
About the Role:We are seeking a Solutions Director to spearhead the growth and scaling of our robotics capabilities within the CTO organization. This senior-level role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in building high-performing global teams and cultivating strong client relationships. You will drive the robotics roadmap, manage critical client engagements, and establish a scalable robotics delivery model across onshore and offshore teams.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the robotics delivery model, roadmap, and operating model within the CTO organization. Team Building & Management: Build and lead a blended team of engineers and services professionals across onshore and offshore locations. Capability Development: Establish reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for scalable robotics delivery. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients; grow relationships through proactive engagement, trust-building, and delivering value-aligned solutions. Program Oversight: Oversee end-to-end delivery of robotics initiatives, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with broader organizational goals. Innovation & R&D: Stay ahead of robotics trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and integrate innovations that advance business objectives with the collaboration of engineers and R&D researchers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and other technical and business teams to drive capability integration and adoption.Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, with at least 5+ years in delivery of global technology services. Proven experience building and scaling high-performance teams, both onshore and offshore. Strong background in client-facing roles, with demonstrated success in relationship growth and stakeholder management. Familiarity with modern software engineering practices, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures. Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills. Bachelor's or Master s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred: Experience within a Tech focused company, innovation, or emerging tech organization. Exposure to working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, logistics). Background in AI/ML integration and solutions.
- Creation of solution and architectural views (logical| conceptual| development| execution| infrastructure & operations architecture)
- To assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application portfolio optimization for gap analysis
- To contribute towards white/technical papers and knowledge base
- To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new and emerging products/technologies
- To manage Non Functional Requirement adaption for the solution
- To study and define system requirements addressing stakeholder| portfolio concerns
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
