Sr Admin-ACCESS MANAGEMENT,IAM
Job Summary
As a Senior IAM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced technical support and operations management for Access Management systems. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to enhance security and ensure positive customer experiences. You will also contribute to knowledge management and team training, driving operational excellence within the organization.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support By Analyzing And Resolving Complex Incidents Related To Access Management And Identity Access Management, Ensuring Compliance With Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements.
2. Conduct Thorough Root Cause Analysis For Escalated Security Issues, Implementing Effective Solutions And Preventive Measures To Enhance System Integrity And Security Posture.
3. Develop And Maintain A Knowledge Base By Documenting Procedures, Troubleshooting Guides, And Best Practices, Facilitating Continuous Improvement And Training For New Team Members.
4. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Seamless Operations And A Proactive Approach To Security Management.
5. Enhance Customer Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Case Reopenings, And Implementing Strategies To Mitigate Security Threats.
Skill Requirements
1. Advanced Knowledge Of Access Management And Iam Technologies.
2. Proficiency In Troubleshooting Complex Security Incidents And Conducting Root Cause Analysis.
3. Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance And Quality Standards In It Operations.
4. Experience In Knowledge Management Practices And Training Methodologies.
5. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills.
Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Security Manager (Cism), Or Equivalent Iam Certifications.
