Senior Developer - Post Silicon Validation

Job Summary
As a Senior Developer specializing in Post Silicon Validation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of silicon products. You will be responsible for developing and delivering robust validation solutions, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing existing features to meet both client and project requirements. Your contributions will significantly impact product development timelines and the overall success of our projects.

  • Key Responsibilities
    1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Validation Features By Troubleshooting Bugs And Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests Using C And C++, Ensuring Alignment With Business And Client Requirements.
    2. Provide Comprehensive Client Support By Presenting Data, Resolving Tickets, And Conducting Daily Activities Related To Monitoring Client Requirements, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Tasks While Adhering To Defined Quality Standards.
    3. Create And Enhance Documentation To Meet Cmmi And Client Requirements, Ensuring Clarity And Adherence To Best Practices In The Development Process.
    4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers In Post Silicon Validation Techniques And Tools, Promoting Skill Development And Knowledge Sharing Within The Team.
    5. Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams To Gather And Analyze Requirements For Development Purposes, Ensuring All Validation Processes Align With Project Objectives.Skill Requirements
    1. Strong Understanding Of Post Silicon Validation Processes And Methodologies.
    2. Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C And C++ For Developing Validation Solutions.
    3. Familiarity With Python Scripting For Automation And Process Improvement.
    4. Basic Knowledge Of Cmmi Standards And Documentation Practices.
    5. Good Communication Skills For Effective Interaction With Clients And Team Members.Certification
    1. Optional But Valuable Certifications In Post Silicon Validation Or Relevant Software Development Methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
