Senior Technical Specialist - PLM Functional
Job Summary
The Senior Technical Specialist in PLM Functional plays a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative product solutions and sustenance efforts. This position requires leveraging industry-leading practices to significantly enhance project outcomes and drive the success of the organization. The specialist will serve as a key technical authority and mentor, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of technology.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Architect And Develop Comprehensive Plm Solutions Through Team Collaboration, Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives And Industry Standards.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert For Plm Functional Solutions, Providing Guidance And Insights To Enhance Project Delivery And Resolve Complex Challenges.
3. Ensure Continuous Knowledge Enhancement By Integrating New Technologies Into Plm Solutions, Maintaining Quality Standards And Fulfilling Client Requirements.
4. Foster A Skilled Workforce In Plm Technologies By Conducting Interviews, Organizing Training Sessions, And Mentoring Team Members To Elevate Overall Competency.
5. Gather And Analyze Client Specifications To Deliver Tailored Plm Solutions, Demonstrating A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Domains And Technologies.
6. Drive Competency Development By Envisioning And Articulating Propositions, Creating Valuable Collateral, And Conducting Market Trend Analysis To Stay Competitive.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Adopting Industry Best Practices Related To Plm Technologies And Products.Skill Requirements
1. Advanced Proficiency In Plm Functional Tools And Processes.
2. Strong Understanding Of Product Lifecycle Management Principles And Practices.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Address Complex Project Challenges.
4. Familiarity With Industry Standards And Best Practices In Plm Solutions.Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Plm Professional (Cplmp), Agile Certified Practitioner (Pmi-Acp), And Itil Foundation.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
