Job description:
- 8-10 years of proven leadership experience in the End User Computing (EUC) domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Candidates possessing technical and managerial expertise in the EUC scope of work would be preferred.
- Experience in leading and managing multiple EUC teams like EUC Asset Management (Depot Functions), Deskside Support, SCCM, Imaging and Active Directory, would be an added advantage.
- Extensive understanding of Windows based systems i.e.(desktops and laptops)
- Expertise in end to end IT inventory management for End User Computing. Maintain EUC hardware inventory and identify threshold gaps.
- Hardware Inventory Management including replenishment practices.
- Peripheral Inventory Management including replenishment practices.
- Strong hardware knowledge of Dell Laptops and Desktops of various models and equipment compatibility.
- Experience with working in an asset tracking database.
- Experience in software licensing asset management.
- Experience with working in Maximo and ITSM tools like Jira is a plus
- Interact with customer's hardware and software vendors when required.
- Experience with imaging laptops and desktops with Windows 10
- Evaluates new innovative desktop products and solutions to ensure system and environment compatibility.
- Collaborate with other IT capabilities to evaluate and analyze desktop systems impact for upgrades and conversions.
- Maintain positive relationships through business engagement.
- Oversee and help coordinate End User Computing Projects i.e. (Hardware Refresh, OS Upgrades).
- Oversee team productivity by assigning tasks to individual technical resources.
- Ability to prioritize and respond to customer inquiries and escalations promptly.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Define and implement industry best practices.
- Ability to meet all contractual CPIs and KPIs monthly.
- This position is primarily based out of downtown Dallas and requires some onsite presence at multiple client office locations through the Dallas, FT. Worth metropolitan area. There would be some travel to other client offices throughout, North, East, West, and Central Texas when required but is not extensive.

Compensation and benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
