Job Title: Senior Platform Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with extensive experience in designing and building secure, scalable platforms on AWS and RHEL. The ideal candidate is an expert in automation and infrastructure-as-code, with a proven ability to reduce operational toil, improve reliability, and mentor engineering teams. This role will leverage cloud-native and DevSecOps practices to deliver resilient, high-performing platforms for enterprise-scale workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain secure, scalable platforms on AWS and RHEL.

• Design and implement automation using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Git.

• Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, and related tooling.

• Implement observability solutions using Grafana, CloudWatch, and Splunk.

• Drive platform reliability improvements and reduce operational overhead through automation and best practices.

• Mentor and guide engineering teams on DevOps, cloud-native, and security-first principles.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, security hardening, and performance optimization.
