Experience of EDI solutions within the Automotive Industry
Experience of working with EDI-support processes
Strong problem management and analytical skills
Ready to work in 24X7 Shifts with phone support
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Good documentation skills
Able to handle unforeseen situations
Be flexible and open to new assignments and challenges
Be interested in working in a global environment
Be well organized and methodical
Technical Requirement:
EDI/B2B, and EDI standards like EDIFACT, ANSI/X12
knowledge of communication protocols: OFTPv2, AS2, SFTP, FTP
Experience of EDI solutions within the Automotive Industry
Knowledge of SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of Linux / Unix
Soft Skills:
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Good documentation skills
Able to handle unforeseen situations
Be flexible and open to new assignments and challenges
Be interested in working in a global environment
Be well organized and methodical
Main Tasks:
Technical support of EDI operational and application environments
Working proactively with our internal and external customers with the aim of improving quality
Maintenance and support for GEBIS / EDI environment
Provide L2 support to our customers and their partners
Qualifications:
Degree in computer or systems science from a university or equivalent knowledge
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Be flexible and open to new assignments and challenges
Be interested in working in a global environment
Be well organized and methodical
Strong problem management skills
Several years of experience of UNIX Server environment

It is an added merit if you also have:
Experience of working with EDI-support processes
Experience of EDI-Integrations, communications development and communications standards
Experience of EDI solutions within the Automotive Industry
Previous operational experience from Volvo and our support process"
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
