Tibco BW Senior Technical Lead with DevOps
Job Summary
The Senior Technical lead in the field of DevOps Solutions, specifically with expertise in tibco BW, will be responsible for leading technical teams, designing and implementing DevOps solutions, and ensuring the smooth integration of tibco BW applications. The role requires a deep understanding of DevOps practices and tibco BW technologies to drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of devops solutions, specifically focusing on tibco bw.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and implement best practices related to devops and tibco bw.
3. Design and implement automated processes for continuous integration and continuous deployment (ci/cd) pipelines.
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance on tibco bw applications, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
5. Drive initiatives to enhance scalability, availability, and security of tibco bw applications through devops practices.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to devops and tibco bw to propose innovative solutions.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in devops tools and practices, including ci/cd pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure as code.
2. In-depth knowledge and experience with tibco bw, including development, deployment, and maintenance of tibco bw applications.
3. Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their integration with devops processes, such as aws, azure, or google cloud.
4. Ability to automate manual processes using scripting languages like python, shell, or powershell.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
6. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Certifications: Certifications in DevOps, tibco BW, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
