Declared Customer Experience Leader in Outsourcing category
HCL Technologies has been named the “Customer Experience Leader” by Consumer Goods Technology (CGT) magazine in its 2014 Readers’ Choice Survey Report.

The 2014 Readers Choice Awards surveyed more than 180 consumer goods executives from organizations of all sizes to determine their preferred solutions and service providers.
