Transparency In Coverage Rule

Under the Transparency in Coverage Rule issued in 2020 by the US Department of Health & Human Services, Department of Labor and Department of the Treasury, health insurance issuers must publish the following information in machine readable file (MRF) format starting from July 1st, 2022.

• For In Network providers : Negotiated rates for all covered items and services between the plan/insurance issuer and in-network providers
• For Out of Network providers: Allowed amount paid to, and billed charges from, out-of-network providers for all covered services within a 90-day period

To comply with the Transparency in Coverage Rule, HCLTech is required to post this information in MRF format so as to be searchable by Group heath plan name and found by a common internet search. Towards this, we have published these files in the below webpage.
