As an Executive/Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager, you perform the following responsibilities:
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand HCLSoftware products & develop product roadmap & strategy.
- Closely monitor & track the progress of published product roadmap.
- Experience in organizing & managing cross-functional products including the ability to drive clarity and align multiple teams on a common product strategy and identified objectives.
- Ability of becoming strong product advocate and drive product enhancements to improve functioning & market positioning of assigned product portfolio.
- Presentation and sign-off of key product strategies with Senior Management & other relevant stakeholders.
- Individual contributor with ability to work autonomously in a very fast-paced environment.
Graduation Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, MBA or other related educational degree program
Modality/Location The nature of this role is remote.
Eligibility Criteria:
- These roles are designed for applicants who have the following years of experience: Executive: 0 – 2 years; Product Manager: 2 – 4 years; Sr. Product Manager: 5 – 7 years
- Prior experience in product management – preferably in enterprise software
- Collaborative team member with strong influencing skills
- Demonstrated proficiency of interpersonal and communication skills
