Avaloq Senior Business Specialist with ACP(Accounts Payable),prod mgmt/extension/ release mgmt
Job Summary
The Senior Business Specialist will be responsible for ACP (Accounts Payable) functions and handling Avaloq, prod mgmt./extension/ release mgmt. tasks. The role will involve overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations related to accounts payable, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of various Avaloq and product management solutions to meet business needs.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end acp (accounts payable) processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment processing.
2. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements in accounts payable functions.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and implement avaloq solutions.
4. Support product management by contributing to product extensions and release management activities.
5. Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes related to accounts payable and product management.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong understanding of acp (accounts payable) processes and best practices.
2. Proficiency in using avaloq and other related software for managing financial transactions.
3. Experience in product management, including product extensions and release management.
4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for data analysis and reporting.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
