We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in high-value payments and ISO 20022 CBPR standards. The candidate will analyze business requirements, enhance payment processes, and drive the adoption of ISO 20022 for high-value transactions.
The client is very specific about the candidate having worked in the Payments domain and having exposure to “High Value” Payments
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Solid understanding / work exposure on Payments and ISO MX messages.
- ISO defined values for Settlement Method, for pacs.008.
- Gather and document business requirements related to high-value payment systems.
- Analyze workflow and identify areas for improvement.
- Exposure on MX pacs.008/pacs.009 Messages
- Knowledge in difference between pacs.002 vs pacs..004
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement ISO 20022 CBPR standards.
- Support testing and validation of payment solutions.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users.
- Exposure to US payments processing FedWire, CHIPS.
- Knowledge of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 payment messaging format
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
