Job description:

Ansible & Puppet Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining Ansible and Puppet automation code for system automation
Collaborating with stakeholders to translate system tasks into automated workflows
Optimizing application and system implementation globally
Creating pipelines for application deployments
Maintain RedHat Ansible and Puppet Automation Platform
Develop and maintain Ansible and Puppet playbooks and roles for automated IT processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to identify automation opportunities and improve system efficiencies.
Ensure the integrity and performance of IT infrastructure through effective automation solutions.
Document processes and best practices for Ansible and Puppet development.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Ansible and Puppet automation implementations.
Participate in code review and repository maintenance for Ansible and Puppet scripts.
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Ansible and Puppet and Python for infrastructure and networking environments.

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
