Job description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical advisor, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment with business goals and platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
  
• Define best practices, development standards, and integration patterns.
  
• Translate business requirements into well-architected ServiceNow solutions that best leverage the platform.
  
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
  
• Drive ServiceNow roadmap planning, upgrades, and strategic module adoption.
  
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security through proper design and governance.
  
• Guide the development team in implementing workflows, configurations, and integrations.
  
• Participate in pre-sales and proposal activities including estimation and technical architecture planning.
  
  Required Skills & Experience:
  
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years in an architect role.
  
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps.
  
• Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), APIs, and integrations.
  
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine and custom applications.
  
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Performance Analytics is a plus.
  
• Certified in ServiceNow System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) is a strong plus.

  Compensation and Benefits
  A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
