Job description:
Guidewire Consultant - policycenter
Job Summary
The Domain Consultant for guidewire policy center and guidewire claim center will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance on the implementation and management of Guidewire policy center and claim center solutions. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configure the Guidewire systems to meet those needs.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for guidewire policy center and claim center implementations.
2. Configure and customize guidewire policy center and claim center systems to align with client needs.
3. Provide training and support to end-users on the functionality of guidewire systems.
4. Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
5. Stay updated on the latest features and updates in guidewire policy center and claim center technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in guidewire policy center and claim center configuration and customization.
2. Strong understanding of insurance domain processes and practices.
3. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
4. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into guidewire system configurations.
5. Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and providing user support for guidewire implementations.
Certifications: Associate/ ACE Guidewire certification
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
