Job description:
Lead Consultant Guidewire - policycenter
Job Summary
The Lead Consultant for guidewire policy center and guidewire claim center will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Guidewire software solutions for policy center and claim center. The main objective is to ensure efficient utilization of Guidewire systems to meet business requirements and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the implementation of guidewire policy center and claim center solutions.
2. Gather and analyze business requirements to design and develop guidewire software configurations.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful integration and deployment of guidewire applications.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team throughout the software development lifecycle.
5. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of guidewire systems to ensure optimal performance.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in guidewire software solutions.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong expertise in guidewire policy center and guidewire claim center configuration and customization.
2. Proficiency in guidewire data model, rules, and integration technologies.
3. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within guidewire platform.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
Required Certifications: Associate/ ACE Guidewire certification.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
