Lead Business Analyst with Bus. Process-Healthcare
Job Summary
The Lead Business Analyst in Bus. Process Healthcare is responsible for overseeing and managing the analysis and improvement of business processes in the healthcare industry. They will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address business needs, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency within healthcare organizations.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes in the healthcare sector.
2. Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for optimization.
3. Lead the implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies to enhance business operations.
4. Define and document business requirements, workflows, and business rules for healthcare projects.
5. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
6. Provide guidance and support to team members on business analysis best practices and methodologies.
7. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and it teams to ensure successful project delivery.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology and processes.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong knowledge of business processes in the healthcare industry.
2. Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
4. Ability to lead and drive process improvement initiatives.
5. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
6. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
7. Project management skills to oversee the implementation of new processes and systems.
Certifications: Business Analyst Certification (e.g., CBAP) is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
