Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate discovery and design workshops with business end users to gather requirements and define solution scope.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs aligned with Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for work item tracking, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Support testing activities including UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage.
- Provide guidance and best practices for Power Platform implementations including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project delivery and documentation.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft business applications.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure DevOps.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
