Job description:
Flexcube BA
Job Description -
- The candidate should have fair techno-functional knowledge in Flexcube UBS to act effectively as Tech BA.
- The candidate should have good experience in Flexcube module tables, development aspects, functional knowledge on Accounting events, entries, CASA , Loans, Swift messaging, Lending, etc.
- Should be a Technical BA, so he should have strong knowledge in SQL coding
- Should have experience in preparation of Interface Design documents including Flow Diagrams using Visio, etc.
- Should be good in stakeholder management as this role will involve meetings/discussions with Partner systems for Requirement gathering, document preparation, etc.
- Candidate should have knowledge in Project management, Agile / Scrum technologies.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
