We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion EPM Solution Lead with expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, specifically focusing on Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS). The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM architecture and implementation.
- Design and implement Oracle Fusion EPM solutions, with a primary focus on EPBCS and EDMCS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop and optimize Groovy scripts to enhance application functionality and performance.
- Utilize EPM Automate for efficient deployment and administration of EPM Cloud applications.
- Provide guidance and best practices for integrating EPM solutions with existing enterprise systems.
- Implementing monthly metadata maintenance including working with a parallel FCC resource to keep EPB and PCM systems aligned
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in the Planning systems. This includes agreement of data to other systems. Reconciliation and (if necessary) correction of data are significant parts of the role
- Interfacing data into the Planning systems from Oracle Cloud ERP and FCC
- Setting up, opening and closing Oracle EPB for forecasts timetables, managing processes and monitoring system performance during these event
- Managing Oracle EPB security (user, metadata, versioning etc.)
- Experience in maintaining and supporting Oracle EPB applications and enhancements to planning artifacts – dimensions, load rules, business rules, calc scripts, MDX, ASO cubes etc.
- Experience with Management Reports (MR) and SmartView
- Knowledge of Agentic AI is a big plus.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle EPM product updates to ensure best practices.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
