Senior Developer - DS PLM
Job Summary
The Senior Developer in the DS PLM domain plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining solutions that meet business objectives. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality code while adhering to project timelines and cost standards. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and client engagement to ensure that product enhancements and new developments align with client needs.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Ds Plm Features By Troubleshooting Bugs, Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests, And Implementing Improvements Based On Feedback From Clients And Internal Functional And Technical Teams.
2. Provide Client Support Through Data Presentation, Ticket Resolution, And Daily Monitoring Of Client Requirements, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks In Accordance With Established Quality Standards.
3. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Document Enhancement Requirements And Create Necessary Documentation For Cmmi Compliance And Client Specifications.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentoring To Junior Developers, Promoting Best Practices In Coding And Development Processes Within The Ds Plm Framework.
5. Engage With Clients And Internal Teams To Gather Detailed Requirements For New Developments, Ensuring That All Project Objectives Are Clearly Understood And Met.Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Ds Plm Concepts And Tools.
2. Experience In Software Development And Coding Standards Relevant To Ds Plm Applications.
3. Good Knowledge Of Documentation Practices For Cmmi And Client Requirements.
4. Familiarity With Customer Engagement And Requirements Gathering Processes.
5. Basic Understanding Of Troubleshooting And Debugging Methodologies.Certification
1. Optional But Valuable: Relevant Certifications In Product Lifecycle Management (Plm) Or Software Development Methodologies.
2. Optional But Valuable: Cmmi Certification Or Training.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
