Senior React.js Developer
Job Summary
As a Senior React.js Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing high-quality web applications that meet client requirements. Your expertise in React.js, along with your ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing functionality, will ensure the delivery of robust solutions while adhering to time, quality, and cost standards. You will collaborate closely with technical teams and clients, providing insights and support to drive project success.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Web Applications By Troubleshooting Bugs And Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests Using React.Js And Node.Js, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs And Adherence To Client Specifications.
2. Provide Proactive Client Support By Preparing Data And Information For Reporting, Resolving Tickets, And Monitoring Requirements To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks While Upholding Defined Quality Standards.
3. Develop And Document Enhancement Proposals That Align With Cmmi Practices And Client Requirements, Ensuring Clear Communication Of Technical Specifications And Implementation Plans.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers By Sharing Best Practices In React.Js And Fostering A Collaborative Development Environment.
5. Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams To Gather Detailed Requirements For Development Purposes, Ensuring That All Project Specifications Are Thoroughly Understood And Addressed.Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of React.Js, Javascript, And Web Development Principles.
2. Familiarity With Node.Js And Restful Web Services For Backend Integration.
3. Basic Knowledge Of Html And Css For Front-End Development.
4. Experience In Documenting Processes And Requirements In Compliance With Cmmi Standards.
5. Good Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Software Development Life Cycle.Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: React.Js Certification, Javascript Developer Certification, Or Relevant Web Development Certifications.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
