Job description:
Job Title: Enterprise ArchitectLocation: USAJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Enterprise Architects to lead our engineering team in designing and implementing scalable, robust, and innovative solutions. This role will be pivotal in driving the technical strategy and architecture for our services focused offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of services focused offerings Innovation: Drive innovation in ensuring the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define and execute the roadmap. Scalability: Ensure the architecture / solution proposed supports scalability, performance, and reliability requirements. Mentorship: Mentor and develop engineering leaders and architects within the team. Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices. Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate technical strategies and progress.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. TOGAF or Any other architectural framework certification is desired but not mandatory Experience: 20+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 8 years in a senior architectural role. Technical Expertise:o Deep understanding of platform engineering, cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices. Experience with large-scale distributed systems.o Experience of implementing security best practices and compliance requirements.o Experience in designing cloud-native, ML, and Generative AI solutions.o Familiarity with agile development methodologies.o Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Leadership: Proven track record of leading architectural initiatives during pre sales, sales, delivery process Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Hands-On: Hands-on in prototyping, architecting and testing solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
1. To provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to practice teams and oversee complex consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
2. To build and maintain strong client relationships and interface with internal sales & delivery leaders to identify additional business opportunities.
3. To lead and mentor a diverse team of consultants, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning and staying at the forefront of emerging trends.
4. To perform advanced analyses of business processes, market trends, and data, extracting actionable insights. Employ cutting-edge analytical tools and methodologies to drive strategic decision-making.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
