Job TitleAssociate Vice President Data & AIAbout the RoleThe Associate Vice President Data & AI is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing large-scale client engagements and driving growth across Data & AI initiatives. This role serves as the primary point of contact for client needs, overseeing $100M+ strategic accounts and ensuring long-term partnerships through innovation and delivery excellence.You will lead high-performing teams across regions, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide strategic insights to shape and expand our offerings. The role thrives in a dynamic business and technology landscape, offering opportunities to influence enterprise transformation through advanced analytics and AI-led solutions.This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to drive impact, foster innovation, and deliver measurable outcomes through cutting-edge Data & AI capabilities.Responsibilities Lead strategic Data & AI engagements, managing large accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver outcome-based solutions. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to drive account growth. Generate progress reports and insights for clients and senior leadership. Manage organizational deliverables using industry-standard methods. Build and mentor high-performing teams across regions in a direct or matrix model. Engage with internal business units and external partners to co-create solutions. Provide strategic insights to enhance and expand service offerings.Qualifications, Skills and CompetenciesEducation & Experience Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. 15+ years in Data & AI, including client engagement, solution architecture, and account leadership.Technical / Functional Skills Proficiency in Data Marts, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Cloud Data Platforms. Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms (Azure, Google Vertex, AWS) and current trends. Experience with OEMs like HPE, Dell, NVIDIA for Private AI solutions. Expertise in Data Governance: Data Quality, Profiling, Cataloging, Metadata Management. Implementation experience in crafting SoWs, MSAs, SLOs, and managing P&L. Recognized thought leadership through frameworks, podcasts, and industry contributions.Core Competencies (Soft Skills) Strong communication and presentation skills. Analytical, client-first mindset with strategic thinking. Leadership and stakeholder management across global teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- Key Responsibilities
1. To provide focus and direction to the program delivery for meeting the strategic intent and satisfaction of the stakeholders.
2. To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery.
3. To lead efforts in driving the program implementation and ensuring that all roadblocks are tracked and removed for smooth program management.
4. To lead| develop and engage the next line for enhanced productivity on the job.
5. To get involved in business development support
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
