Job description:

ITSM JDSkills & Qualifications: 8-10 Years of relevant work experience in IT Service Management. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certification in ITIL Foundation or higher, with strong understanding of ITSM framework. Substantial experience in IT service management, process consulting, and changemanagement. Proven implementation experience with service management platform, preferably HCLSX or comparable tools. Proficient in finalizing functional requirements and designing catalogs, automationworkflows, etc. Experience in API integrations, web services, and ebonding setups. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration withcustomers and internal teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Expertise in creating presentations and word documents. Creative mindset and team spirit. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in service management is a plus.
