Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION
NP: immediate
Exp range: 6 to 8 years
Skills: Power automate and copilot studio development - All Mandatory.
Exp: 6+ years of relevant exp in Power Platform, Copilot and API.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Fabric and PowerApps solutions, including canvas apps and model-driven apps.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
Customize and extend PowerApps using connectors, formulas, and data sources.
Create and optimize Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PowerApps and Power Platform.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with PowerApps development.
Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Familiarity with Dataverse
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with SQL, DAX, and relational databases.
Knowledge of Power Platform administration.
Typical Day in the role:
1. Discovery and analysis
2. Solution design
3. Design wireframes and mockups
4. Development of Power Apps and Power
Automate flows
5. Release incremental builds
6. Validation, UAT and Production launch
Might need to attend calls in the evening for requirement gathering and UAT

  • To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
  • To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
  • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
  • To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
