Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Developer with expertise in agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Databricks, and ServiceNow API integration to support the development of an intelligent intake and routing system for security-related requests. This role will work closely with a Project Lead, Lead Developer, and an Architect to build and refine AI-driven workflows that automate request parsing, deduplication, SLA tracking, and ticket routing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lead Developer and Architect to implement agentic AI workflows for processing security intake requests.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines to enhance contextual understanding and ensure accurate classification and deduplication.
- Develop and maintain API integrations between the AI agent and ServiceNow, enabling automated ticket creation and updates.
- Implement logic to monitor SLA compliance by analyzing historical records and owner responses.
- Contribute to system design discussions and provide input on scalable, secure architecture.
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGPT).
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture, including vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval logic.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks in the following areas
- Delta tables
- workspaces
- Model training using Databricks
- ML lifecycle management
- Deployment in Databricks GPU instances
- Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP, email/document parsing, and LLM integration.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs, data models, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with security operations, request management, and SLA tracking.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment.
- Experience with LLM orchestration, autonomous agents, and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and administrative workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and secure API development.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
