Senior Technical Specialist - PTC PLM
Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Specialist in PTC PLM, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering cutting-edge product and sustenance solutions. Your expertise will guide the team to adopt industry-leading practices, ensuring that our offerings align with client needs and maintain the highest quality standards. Your contributions will significantly advance project success and foster innovation within the organization.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Architect And Design Comprehensive Ptc Plm Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery, Leading The Team To Implement Best Practices And Ensure Project Success.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert In Ptc Plm, Providing Technical Guidance And Insights To Enhance Project Delivery And Team Capabilities.
3. Drive Knowledge Upgradation By Exploring And Integrating New Technologies Into Ptc Plm Solutions, Ensuring They Meet Evolving Quality Standards And Client Requirements.
4. Cultivate A Skilled Talent Pool In Ptc Plm Through Recruitment, Conducting Training Sessions, And Offering Mentorship To Team Members.
5. Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Ptc Plm Solutions, Leveraging Deep Understanding Of Client Domains And Technology Needs.
6. Contribute To Competency Development By Envisioning And Articulating Strategic Propositions, Including Creating Collaterals And Whitepapers, And Conducting Market Trend Analyses.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Leveraging Industry Best Practices In Ptc Plm Technology, Ensuring Alignment With Client Objectives.Skill Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
