Spring Boot Senior Technical Lead with JavaScript
Job Summary
The Senior Technical lead in the field of Web Development with expertise in JavaScript and Spring boot is responsible for leading technical teams, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and driving technical innovation in web development projects.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using javascript and spring boot.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical requirements and provide solutions that align with business goals.
3. Drive technical innovation by staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and implementing best practices.
4. Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure scalable and robust web solutions.
5. Define technical architecture, design patterns, and coding standards for web development projects.
6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in web development technologies such as javascript, html, css, and frameworks like react or angular.
2. Strong hands-on experience in developing microservices using spring boot framework.
3. Knowledge of restful apis, database systems, and cloud services.
4. Familiarity with agile methodologies and devops practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
6. Good communication skills, teamwork, and leadership abilities to effectively lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Web Development, Javascript, or Springboot are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
