Job description:
Role: Tech Lead Java developer
Location: San Antonio, TX
Job Description:
Minimum 10+ years with Team Lead experience is a must
- Proven working experience in Java development
- Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
- Experience in Spring, Springboot, Structs, or equivalent J2EE framework
- Working knowledge and experience with JQuery, Ajax, JSON, CSS, HTML
- Hands on experience in REST, React.js, Redux, Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker
- Good Experience in Testing tools
- Ability to provide and implement technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
- Knowledge in Insurance domain
- Should have good experience in Agile methodologies
- Must worked in onsite-offshore projects
- Should have good communication skill
- Awareness in Devops
- Understanding in ELK and Logging
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
