Job description:
HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated QA Lead to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Functional, SIT, and E2E testing of UI front-end applications, including regression suite design and execution.
- Conduct ETL testing using tools like iCEDQ, covering:
- ETL transformation validation
- Source data and business rule validation
- Referential integrity and data reconciliation
- BI report validation and UAT vs QA comparisons
- Execute API testing using RestAssured, SOAPUI, and similar tools.
- Develop and run custom SQL scripts for RDBMS (MS SQL, Sybase) testing:
- Debug stored procedures
- Validate complex business logic using advanced SQL
- (Optional) Test ETL pipelines in Informatica, including transformation logic and data quality checks.
- (Optional) Validate Power BI reports against source queries and BRD documents, including GUI and security checks.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ETL Testing (iCEDQ or similar)
- Hands-on with API Testing tools (RestAssured, SOAPUI)
- Proficient in SQL and debugging stored procedures
- Experience in Functional and UI Testing
Good to Have:
- Exposure to Informatica ETL jobs
- Experience in Power BI report validation
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
