Job Title: Network Analyst
Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Analyst to join the IT team. The Network Analyst will be responsible for tasks related to analyzing, designing, configuring, maintaining, installing, and supporting the organization's computer networks and network components. They will ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and security of network infrastructure to support business objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Network Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and configure network architectures, hardware, and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Researching and recommending new network technologies may also be required.
• Network Performance and Monitoring: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and use monitoring tools to ensure high availability and reliability. Analyzing and resolving network issues and outages and evaluating network performance data are included.
• Network Security: Implement and maintain network security measures, conduct assessments, and configure security settings. Analyzing and reporting security breaches may also be necessary.
• Network Maintenance and Support: Perform regular network maintenance, troubleshoot hardware issues, and provide technical support to staff. Maintaining accurate network documentation is also a key responsibility.
• Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with IT teams on network planning and support projects. Creating and maintaining network documentation is also required.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and proven experience as a Network Analyst are typically required.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and network security practices is essential.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting is necessary.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are important.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA) are often desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud networking and virtualization can be a plus.
