Job Description:
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience with strong expertise in Java and Spring Framework.
- Skilled in building and maintaining enterprise integrations and backend services.
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating workloads on AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, networking).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration and scaling backend services.
- Proven experience working with Kafka for streaming, event-driven architectures, and data integration.
- Exposure to DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
- Understanding of cloud costs, usage forecasting, and optimization to support efficient operations.
- Strong knowledge of API design and integration (REST, gRPC, messaging).
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum teams, collaborating closely with product managers, QA, and data engineers.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
