Job description:
Job Title: Manufacturing Lead
Job Position Experience: 12+ Years
Job Position Location- Onsite- Irvine, CA -USA
Job Position Skill Set:
Highly skilled manufacturing or industrial engineers with 12+ years of experience
Experienced with process development and done manufacturing site audits
Executed cost and quality improvement projects, yield and throughput improvements etc.,
Conducted studies to characterize new manufacturing process.
Assess manufacturing sites and come up with process improvements plan and associates cost.
Developed manufacturing capabilities using statistical analysis
New product innovation and supply chain
Manufacturing line/site transfer and process change
Six sigma – certification will be added advantage.
Manufacturing Data gathering and perform statistical analysis(Minitab)
Manufacturing Procedure Documents
Reviewing technical work instructions, drawings, and good documentation practices.
Client PLM knowledge (Map Agile Follow-up)
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
