Senior Technical Lead with embedded linux,python

Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead in this role is responsible for providing technical leadership in embedded Linux and python, contributing to the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions. The primary focus will be on leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality embedded Linux and python projects.

• Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of embedded linux and python solutions
  2. Drive technical discussions, provide guidance on architecture, and ensure best practices are followed
  3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integrated solutions
  4. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor team members
  5. Troubleshoot technical issues, propose solutions, and ensure timely resolution
  6. Stay updated on emerging technologies in embedded linux and python to drive innovation within the team
  
  Skill Requirements
  1. Proven experience with embedded linux development
  2. Proficiency in python programming language
  3. Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices
  4. Knowledge of embedded systems architecture and design principles
  5. Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks effectively, and drive project deliverables
  6. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  7. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
  
  Certifications: Relevant certifications in embedded linux and python are a plus
