Senior Technical Lead - React.js
Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead - React.js plays a crucial role in managing technology across complex projects. This position involves providing technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, and successfully delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. The lead will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development team.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers By Defining And Implementing Best Practices In React.Js Development, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Productivity.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews In React.Js, Establish Quality Assurance Processes, And Optimize Application Performance, Ensuring Adherence To Coding Standards And Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module, Participating In Technical Discussions As A Consultant To Assess Feasibility Studies, Evaluate Technical Alternatives, And Mitigate Technical Risks.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, While Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Closure Of Escalations.Skill Requirements
1. Expert-Level Proficiency In React.Js, With A Strong Understanding Of Its Core Principles And Workflows.
2. Solid Experience With State Management Libraries Such As Redux Or Context Api.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Javascript, Html, And Css, Along With Familiarity With Node.Js And Angular For Enhanced Integration Capabilities.
4. Familiarity With Version Control Systems, Preferably Git, To Manage Codebase Effectively.
5. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Mentor And Guide Junior Developers.Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: React.Js Certification, Certified Scrummaster (Csm), Or Aws Certified Solutions Architect Associate.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
