Technical Specialist - Embedded Networking
Job Summary
As a Technical Specialist in Embedded Networking, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering both new products and sustenance solutions. This position involves leveraging your expertise to lead technical initiatives, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client requirements. You will be instrumental in fostering team development and promoting the adoption of cutting-edge technologies within the organization.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Architect, Design, And Develop Embedded Networking Solutions Through The Team, Ensuring That Projects Align With Defined Scope And Industry Standards.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) To Provide Technical Guidance And Support On Embedded Networking Technologies And Processes.
3. Conduct Research And Implement New Technologies To Enhance Solutions, Ensuring Compliance With Quality Standards And Client Specifications.
4. Train And Mentor Team Members To Build A Skilled Workforce In Embedded Networking, Proactively Addressing Knowledge Gaps And Mitigating Delivery Risks.
5. Gather Specifications And Translate Them Into Actionable Solutions For Clients, Leveraging In-Depth Understanding Of Embedded Networking And Related Domains.
6. Review And Evaluate Project Deliverables To Ensure They Meet Technical And Quality Benchmarks, Providing Feedback And Recommendations For Improvements.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Adopting Industry Best Practices In Embedded Networking Technology And Product Development.Skill Requirements

2. Advanced Proficiency In Linux Operating Systems And Development Environments.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
