Technical Specialist - Manufacturing Process Planning
Job Summary
As a Technical Specialist in Manufacturing Process Planning, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering sustainable solutions that align with defined objectives and quality standards. Your expertise will guide a team in the effective execution of product delivery, ensuring that all processes reflect current technologies and best practices, ultimately contributing to the organization s success.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Architect And Design Comprehensive Manufacturing Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery, Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives And Quality Benchmarks.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In Manufacturing Process Planning, Providing Technical Guidance And Insights To Enhance Project Outcomes.
3. Stay Abreast Of Emerging Technologies And Methodologies, Integrating Them Into The Development Process To Maintain High-Quality Standards And Meet Client Specifications.
4. Conduct Training Sessions And Development Programs For Team Members To Ensure A Continuous Supply Of Skilled Professionals And Mitigate Delivery Risks.
5. Gather And Analyze Project Specifications, Delivering Tailored Solutions That Reflect A Deep Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Client Needs.
6. Review And Validate Project Deliverables, Ensuring Adherence To Defined Standards And Quality Parameters.
7. Identify And Recommend Initiatives For Client Value Creation, Implementing Industry Best Practices To Optimize Manufacturing Processes And Enhance Overall Project Success.Skill Requirements
1. Advanced Proficiency In Manufacturing Process Planning And Related Methodologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Process Validation Techniques And Their Application In Project Delivery.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Assess Project Requirements And Develop Effective Solutions.
4. Ability To Mentor And Train Team Members, Fostering A Culture Of Knowledge Sharing And Professional Growth.
5. Competence In Using Relevant Tools And Software For Process Planning And Validation.Certification

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
