Job description:
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the NICE Actimize platform, specializing in the design, implementation, and optimization of financial crime risk management solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of Actimize solutions for financial crime risk management and fraud detection.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the implementation of Actimize solutions, including the integration of data sources, customization of detection scenarios, and configuration of the rule engine.
Ensure robust data integration and management practices, facilitating the ingestion and processing of large volumes of data from various sources.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Actimize solutions, addressing any issues related to scalability, latency, and efficiency.
Ensure solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements, providing necessary documentation and support for audits and regulatory inquiries.
Work closely with business analysts, compliance officers, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
Provide training and support to users and development teams on Actimize tools and best practices
Minimum of 8+ years of experience working with NICE Actimize solutions.
Proven experience in designing and implementing Actimize Architect solutions.
Strong background in financial crime risk management and fraud detection
Proficiency in Acttimize ActOne and IFM other Actimize modules
Strong knowledge of data integration tools and techniques, including ETL processes.
Experience with SQL, Java, and scripting languages.
Familiarity with big data technologies and platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
Actimize certification or related certifications in financial crime risk management are a plus.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in financial services.
Experience in Agile or Scrum development methodologies
