Job Description (Define At least 6 points which candidate is supposed to do) | § Demonstrated track record in designing and synthesizing custom polymers for medical device or pharmaceutical use. § Proficient with various polymer synthesis methodologies, especially in producing polyoxazoline (POx) derivatives via cationic ring-opening polymerization and related techniques. § Hands-on experience in scaling polymer synthesis from laboratory to pilot level. § Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving. § At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial research is required. § Excellent communication skills and team orientation. § A demonstrated ability to innovate independently and thrive in collaborative settings. § Diligent attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and lab safety. § Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed. |
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
