Technical Lead - Post Silicon Validation
Job Summary
The Technical Lead - Post Silicon Validation plays a crucial role in managing technology projects and providing expert technical guidance to ensure successful completion of work. This position is pivotal in enhancing team capabilities, maintaining high standards of practice, and driving process compliance within the organization.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices For Post Silicon Validation Processes, Ensuring Adherence To Industry Standards And Quality Outputs.
2. Develop And Mentor Team Members In Post Silicon Validation Techniques And Python Scripting, Fostering An Environment That Enhances Technical Capabilities And Increases Overall Productivity.
3. Ensure Compliance With Processes In The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Serving As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Potential Risks Associated With Design And Validation Processes.
4. Prepare And Present Detailed Status Reports To Stakeholders, Focusing On Minimizing Exposure And Risks Related To Project Progress And Effectively Addressing Any Escalations That Arise.Skill Requirements
1. Strong Proficiency In Post Silicon Validation Methodologies And Tools.
2. Advanced Knowledge Of C, C++, And Python Scripting For Validation Tasks.
3. Understanding Of Best Practices In Design Verification And Validation Processes.
4. Solid Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills For Technical Risk Assessment And Mitigation.Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Validation Engineer (Cve) Or Equivalent.
2. Optional But Valuable Certifications In Project Management (E.G., Pmp, Agile).
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
