Technical lead with React.js, HTML, CSS
Job Summary
This position entails leading a team in the development and implementation of React applications, utilizing HTML, CSS, and other related technologies. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the projects, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of react applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and provide estimates for development tasks.
3. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimizations.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
5. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and optimizations.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in react framework and related libraries for developing web applications.
2. Strong understanding of html and css for responsive web design.
3. Experience in restful apis and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
4. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. git) and package managers (e.g. npm).
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
