Technical Specialist - DS PLM
Job Summary
The Technical Specialist in DS PLM plays a crucial role in leading the design and delivery of high-quality product solutions and sustenance services. This role emphasizes a strategic approach to product development, incorporating best practices and innovative technologies to meet client needs. The specialist will drive the team towards excellence, ensuring adherence to standards while fostering continuous learning and knowledge enhancement.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Architect, Design, And Develop Advanced Ds Plm Solutions By Leveraging Industry Standards And Best Practices To Ensure High-Quality Product And Sustenance Delivery Through Team Collaboration.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In Ds Plm, Providing Guidance And Insights To The Team And Stakeholders To Enhance Solution Quality And Effectiveness.
3. Stay Abreast Of Emerging Technologies And Trends In Ds Plm To Ensure That Solutions Are Current, Meet Quality Standards, And Fulfill Client Requirements.
4. Train And Mentor Team Members On Ds Plm Technologies And Methodologies, Ensuring A Robust Pipeline Of Skilled Professionals And Mitigating Delivery Risks.
5. Gather Detailed Specifications From Clients And Deliver Tailored Solutions Based On A Thorough Understanding Of Domain Needs And Technological Capabilities.
6. Review And Assess Project Deliverables To Ensure Compliance With Defined Standards And Quality Benchmarks.
7. Recommend And Implement Initiatives For Client Value Creation By Integrating Industry Best Practices Within The Ds Plm Framework, Enhancing Overall Project Outcomes.Skill Requirements
1. Expert Proficiency In Ds Plm Tools And Technologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Product Lifecycle Management Principles And Practices.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
4. Proven Ability To Lead Teams And Manage Complex Projects.
5. Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Liaise Effectively With Clients And Team Members.Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications In Ds Plm Or Related Fields (E.G., Certified Plm Professional, Agile Plm Certification).
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
